The DFW Labrador Retriever Rescue Club (DFW Lab Rescue) holds the 10th Annual Run for the Dogs 5K and 1-mile fun run in Fort Worth. The event welcomes all well-behaved and leashed dogs. Donations are welcome. The run also features a silent auction and raffle. In its 15-year history, the DFW Lab Rescue has rescued more than 2,000 dogs.
