Labrador Retriever Information

If you’ve ever wondered what makes a Labrador so special, you’ve probably found the right place. At Labrador Retrievers And More, we’ve collected information to help you learn more about this famous breed. From its origins in Newfoundland to its many uses, the Labrador is a must-have dog. Listed below are some reasons why a Labrador is so wonderful.

The Labrador is a breed of gun dog that originated in Britain from fishing dogs brought from Newfoundland. Named for the Labrador region in Newfoundland, this dog is highly intelligent, loyal, and affectionate. This breed is a great companion and a great family pet. They’re known for their loud, proud voice and love of attention. However, they don’t always make the best pets, so if your lifestyle doesn’t allow for a lot of exercise and attention, you might want to reconsider getting a Lab.

The USA 2014 All-Breed Labrador Retriever, Chambrays Ruff Jewel Walter, is one of the most popular dogs at the show. His prestigious achievements include winning two Group 1 titles and being the USA’s 2014 #10 All-Breed Labrador. His ancestry is impeccable, as he is the grandson of Champ Chambrays Tucker Everlasting.
