  1. I am looking for a new love. My girl recently passed away in my bed where she slept her whole life. Tesa was 11 years old. The vet was surprised when she went in for check up. She thought she was only 8. Before I got Tesa I had a rescue Kong he was a year old. He had been mistreated. Such a love. He was 13 when he passed away. He slept at the foot of my bed. Danes are inside dogs becouse of the slick hair.. I have seen where people leave them outdoors in the winter time. I get so up set becouse I know they are cold. I’m 65 and I’m not necessarily looking for a puppy. But it tore my heart out when Tessa died and they have such a short life that I don’t want to old of a dog. Being a elderly lady a dane is such a good guard dog. All they have to do is bark and people won’t bother you. I like males better but I don’t care. My favorite color is a blue spoted. Tessa was black with a little white. I ever had a brindle.for a long time. I have had severly large dogs in my lifetime. A Great Piramise and a Saint Bernard mix.The Danes are my favorite.please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you
